TAOS provides quality non-medical residential services, and
assures our services are delivered with dignity and respect
to the people receiving the support and their families.
Services are made available through referrals from the
NNDFS Case Managers.
The focus of TAOS is to promote independence, autonomy,
self-sufficiency, and community inclusion. The people we
support live, learn, work and are active in community events
throughout the region. At TAOS, we use standards that
drive NM Medicaid DDW service supports. These
standards, along with the CMS Final Rule emphasize that
each person is unique, that each person has dreams and
goals and each should have the opportunity to strive
towards those dreams and goals.
TAOS NNDFS services are provided in Tohatchi and Gallup.
We have dedicated, trained staff who provide quality
supports to each one of the people we support. So each of
them can live out their dreams and be independent and
participate in any activity they may choose.
